A Study On The Tragedy Of Common Land In Rural Tourism Development Of Nanxiong City

In recent years,the appearance of rural tourism has gradually been loved by urban residents,especially the rural tourism resources in the surrounding cities have been favored.Nowadays,with the development of rural revitalization strategy and new rural construction,rural tourism,as the optimization and upgrading of the primary industry and tertiary industry structure,is developing with a vigorous development,becoming an important way for urban residents to leisure,sightseeing and vacation.However,with the rapid development of rural tourism,it has gradually brought a series of problems such as over-utilization of resources,environmental degradation,and shrinking of local residents 'space.This paper mainly uses the literature research method to understand the research results of the "tragedy of the common land" problem in the development of rural tourism in China.It also uses the questionnaire statistical analysis method to analyze the basic situation of the interviewees through the questionnaire survey of tourists and local residents of rural tourist attractions.This paper analyzes the forms of "tragedy of the common land",such as the destruction of the public environment,the damage of the tourism brand,the disruption of the market order and the abuse of public space in the development of rural tourism in Nanxiong City.At the same time,through the case study method to the case study of hat-peak forest scene,understand the current rural tourism development in Nanxiong city "tragedy of the common land" the specific manifestation of the problem,for the rural tourism resources "tragedy" causes and solutions to lay a foundation.This paper aims to explain the concepts of rural tourism and public resources,introduce the tragedy of the Commons,and introduce the theory of stakeholders.It is found out that the main forms of "tragedy of the common land" in the development of rural tourism in Nanxiong City are the destruction of the public environment,the damage of the tourism brand,the disruption of market order,and the abuse of public space.At the same time,it analyzes the causes of the phenomenon of "tragedy in thecommon land",such as the lack of clarity in the definition of property rights of rural tourism resources,the unclear mechanism for restricting and distributing benefits,and the lack of strict supervision by relevant departments.It also puts forward that the methods of managing the "tragedy of the common land" in the development of rural tourism in nanxiong city mainly include strengthening the management of tourism resources,innovating the management system,establishing a reasonable distribution and coordination of benefits,and increasing the education and training of local residents.
