Under the increasingly standardized operation supervision of the financial industry,the existing performance appraisal model of domestic commercial Banks is also impacted and challenged to some extent.In recent years,China’s major commercial Banks have begun to actively explore the innovation of performance appraisal system to cope with the new situation of financial market development.Facing the increasingly fierce market competition in the financial industry,commercial Banks need to maximize the potential of human resources to achieve better business objectives.This study takes zhengzhou branch of bank A as A specific case,and makes A systematic analysis of its current performance management system by means of questionnaire and data analysis.On this basis,it finds out the problems and deficiencies existing in performance management practice and proposes targeted optimization Suggestions.Based on the research status at home and abroad.The second part is mainly to sort out and elaborate the content,process and method of performance appraisal of bank A zhengzhou branch in order to understand the basic situation of performance appraisal of bank A zhengzhou branch.The third part mainly identifies the problems and deficiencies in the current performance appraisal system of zhengzhou branch of bank A through interviews and questionnaires.The fourth part is the optimization scheme of the performance appraisal system of bank A zhengzhou branch,which is mainly to design A more scientific and reasonable performance appraisal scheme for the problems and deficiencies of the current performance appraisal system of bank A zhengzhou branch.The fifth part is the safeguard measures for the implementation of the optimized scheme.Research has achieved some results:(1)identify A bank zhengzhou branch existing in current performance evaluation system of performance appraisal system lack the overall relevance,index system of performance management update is not timely,the one-sided emphasis on economic indicators,ignore the internal management and customer feedback,and implementation issues such as performance evaluation results.(2)the strategy oriented principle,the principle of fair and transparent,balance principle is put forward under the guidance of using the system and the method of combining the design assessment scorecard performance appraisal system of each index and index weight,set up post performance evaluation system for A bank,zhengzhou branch performance evaluation system is optimized,at the same time to do A good job of organization guarantee to carry out the assessment system,strengthening the system of the mobilization of the staff before the implementation and promotion,pay attention to the effective communication in different stages of the evaluation system,and strengthen cultural construction of safeguard measures in place to ensure that A performance appraisal optimization scheme of zhengzhou branch of bank A fall to the ground.The research results of this paper are not only conducive to the improvement of the performance management level of zhengzhou branch of bank A,but also have certain implications for the design and optimization of the performance management system of other joint-stock commercial Banks.
