Research On Current Situation And Improvement Countermeasures Of Supply Chain Finance For Garment Enterprises In Quanzhou

As a traditional pillar industry of Quanzhou,the garment enterprises have gradually developed the “production,supply and marketing” supply chain production mode with the help of active private economy,and have obtained certain development.The produce and export of the products is in the forefront of Fujian province,and the garment enterprises in Quanzhou play an important role in Fujian province and even the whole country.At the same time,affected by economic downturns,lack of market demand,rising raw material costs and other adverse factors,the production and management of the enterprises in Quanzhou are also facing greater pressure and challenges.The “bottleneck” of funds of small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain is significant because of their small-scale,lack of mortgage assets and credit concepts and opaque information.Under this background,the supply chain fiance for the garment enterprises in Quanzhou arise out of the historic.The banks have attempted to launch the supply chain fiance products.Because the supply chain finance of Quanzhou garment enterprises are still in the preliminary stage of development,little experience is available as reference.In Quanzhou,the financial institutions of the banking sector have developed problems to varying degrees in the supply chain financing of garment enterprises.First of all,on the basis of comprehensively reviewing the domestic and foreign literature on supply chain financing,we further studied the theoretical knowledge of supply chain financing.Secondly,we make full use of the above-mentioned theories to classify the supply chain financing business model of garment enterprises in Quanzhou.And we also analyze the performance of it from three aspects: network structure,process management and elements to assess its development stage and find problems.Thirdly,through questionnaire surveys,we collected data on the total amount of loans and non-performing loans for the clothing companies' supply chain in the Quanzhou banking institution from 2010 to 2016,as well as data on the total amount of financing loans and non-performing loans for corporate businesses,and quantitative analysis through the use of multiple linear regression equations.Last,according to the results of the model analysis of the actual situation in Quanzhou,we put forward some improvement measures.We hope these measures can provide a useful reference for the future development of supply chain finance for garment enterprises in Quanzhou.
