Research On Long-Term Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Of Precision Industry Poverty Alleviation

Poverty has always been a common problem in all countries of the world.It is an important source of economic fluctuations and social unrest.It has become an important area of common concern to governments and academia around the world.At present,China still adopts extensive economic development mode,only one-sided pursuit of the rapid growth in quantity,there have been a series of problems,including uneven development between regions,widening income and expenditure gap,etc.,intensified poverty in poor areas of economic development,rural education backward,rural hollow more and more "hollow".Despite the central increase in poverty alleviation efforts,but the slowdown in local economic growth and industrial poverty alleviation investment increased,indicating that the previous poverty alleviation model did not make poverty-stricken areas for the purpose of sustainable development for the purpose of anti-poverty.At present,the Chinese economy into the"new normal",economic development from the emphasis on the number of the pursuit of quality,from one-sided pursuit of economic development to the pursuit of comprehensive economic and social development,through precision poverty alleviation policy,not only to meet the poor areas of food and clothing(completely low-levle)Demand,but also to focus on poor areas of well-off(high-level)needs.This paper first summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars’ viewpoints on the research on the performance of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation industry in the industry,including the theory of traditional agriculture transformation,the theory of stakeholder,the theory of game theory and the theory and theory of human capital structure Point of view,which for the construction of precision industry poverty alleviation long-term comprehensive performance evaluation model to lay the theoretical foundation.Secondly,the status quo of poverty alleviation and its long-term comprehensive performance of precision industry is analyzed,and the achievements and challenges of poverty alleviation in precision industry are analyzed.The status quo of comprehensive performance evaluation of precision industry poverty alleviation is also analyzed.Performance evaluation system to provide relevant real basis.Thirdly,according to the connotation and theoretical point of view of the above theory and the current situation,this paper constructs the principles and key points of the long-term comprehensive performance evaluation mode of precision industry poverty alleviation,and constructs the human capital performance evaluation of"precision" connotation of industrial poverty alleviation Index system,the use of 2010-2015 Anhui Dangshan County,Jinzhai County and Funan County,"Statistical Yearbook" statistics,as well as financial poverty alleviation of the index system for empirical testing,to build suitable for Anhui Dangshan County of precision industry Long-term Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Index System for Poverty Alleviation.Finally,according to the long-term comprehensive performance evaluation index system of poverty alleviation in precision industry,this paper evaluates and analyzes the long-term comprehensive performance of poverty alleviation in Dangshan County,Anhui Province,and finally puts forward a series of policies and suggestions to promote the poverty alleviation industry in Dangshan County,Anhui Province.
