With the continuous development of the times,the national economy has grown rapidly,and the real estate industry in particular has developed rapidly.Today,the real estate industry has reached a height of 15 trillion yuan,and it has certainly become the pillar of the national economy.However,under the influence of the global economic downturn and China's market economy itself,the current real estate market is complex and changeable.If China's real estate enterprises want to continue to develop rapidly,the traditional concept of human resources management can no longer meet the needs of enterprise development.Real estate enterprises must carry out human resources management transformation and upgrading.The concept of human resources business partner(abbreviation: HRBP)was proposed by Daiwei·youliqi,a master of human resources management,in 1996.It was introduced into China in 2001 and has been explored and developed for more than 10 years.Some of the companies that have helped them to achieve a gradual transformation of their human resources and have achieved successful milestones include Alibaba,Huawei,Tencent and others,among which it is not difficult to find that most of them are high-tech Internet companies.At present,the "HRBP management model" of most domestic enterprises is still groping for development.This paper makes a theoretical study of human resources management and human resources business partners through reference to a large number of documents,and takes ZN Land South Jiangsu regional company as the research object.Through the use of interviews,questionnaire research and other methods to analyze the company in the process of HRBP transformation,and try to design a rational solution.Due to the lack of HRBP research theory and case practice in the real estate industry marketing department at home and abroad,this article has a certain exploration nature on the case study of ZN Landsat South Jiangsu Regional Company,hoping to provide the real estate industry reality basis for the HRBP theory.Enriched the case content of the HRBPtheory to prove that the HRBP management model is an inevitable trend in the development of human resources management.At the same time,it also has a certain reference role for companies that are also facing such problems in China.
