Energy powers a country's economic development and is the fuel and life source of manufacturing.In the context of limited global energy resource reserves and energy crises,based on energy security considerations,countries are committed to improving the energy efficiency of their own manufacturing industries,while expecting to fall to a certain extent under moderate energy regulations.Forced its own manufacturing transformation and upgrading.How to formulate a suitable energy strategy based on a correct understanding of the upgrading of manufacturing industry will not only make the energy intensity of the manufacturing industry decline benign,but also promote the smooth upgrading of manufacturing in a country.The global financial crisis that erupted in 2008 made the world begin to reflect on the excessive "de-manufacturing" of economic development and the "hollowing"trend of the real economy.Countries such as the United Kingdom and the United States have put forward slogans such as "return of manufacturing industry" and"re-industrialization",emphasizing the return to the real economy,especially the return of manufacturing.For China,where the economy is in a period of deep transformation,how to understand the importance of manufacturing,especially the manufacturing sector,to a country's economy,correctly understand the direction of future transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,and thus create a manufacturing that is conducive to healthy and sustainable economic development.The industry upgrade strategy is of great significance.In the second part,this paper sorts out the relevant knowledge of the existing manufacturing upgrades,discusses the premise of the existing viewpoints,and combines the real development experience and lessons of the global economy to re-understand the upgrading of the manufacturing industry.It is believed that the upgrading of manufacturing in a country is not only to climb the R&D and sales links of the global value chain,but the manufacturing process is of great significance.In the context of the current complexity of manufacturing products,the manufacturing process contains complex knowledge and advanced manufacturing processes,and is an important place to stimulate innovation.According to the analysis of the second part,the real manufacturing upgrade should be the improvement of the ecosystem of all manufacturing sectors,so we have to re-examine the organic connection between R&D,production and sales,and on this basis,put forward a new idea that is in line with the upgrading of manufacturing industry.Energy strategy.In the third chapter,based on the traditional understanding of manufacturing upgrading,this paper will construct the theoretical model of the impact of manufacturing upgrading on energy consumption,and propose the energy strategy under the new idea of manufacturing upgrading by analyzing the conditions for the establishment of traditional models.On the basis of the analysis of the third chapter,the fourth chapter will use the analysis method of empirical measurement model,comprehensive improvement of manufacturing upgrade structure and value chain promotion,and analyze its impact on energy strategy.The specific steps can be summarized as follows:First,from the perspective of improving the manufacturing structure,the upgrade indicators that meet the new connotation of the manufacturing upgrade are constructed,and compared with the traditional indicators on this basis.Secondly,from the perspective of the improvement of the manufacturing value chain,the paper analyzes the impact of the three stages of design and development,manufacturing and sales and sales of manufacturing upgrades on energy consumption.This analysis process needs to take into account the importance of manufacturing scale and should therefore be included in the model analysis framework.Finally,the paper concludes that in terms of overall energy intensity,a certain scale of manufacturing,so that certain manufacturing links can ensure the rational use of energy and achieve sustainable development of fossil energy.However,in terms of energy structure,the production of coal energy is sensitive to changes in scale manufacturing.The increase in the size of a unit can greatly reduce the consumption of coal energy in the manufacturing process,thereby improving energy utilization.On the contrary,in oil In terms of energy,since the manufacturing process of the manufacturing industry is insensitive to the scale of manufacturing,the improvement of one-unit manufacturing is not difficult to reduce the consumption of petroleum energy in the manufacturing sector.Therefore,in terms of petroleum energy,it can be upgraded according to the traditional manufacturing industry.Reduce investment in intermediate production links.
