In recent years, the development of urbanization has accelerated the transformation process of farmers’ non-agriculturalization.At the same time, the transfer of agricultural land as an important means to promote the large-scale operation of agricultural land has not only promoted the rapid development of modern agriculture in China, but also effectively increased the income of farmers. However,an obvious fact: the incidence of agricultural land circulation in China still lags behind the speed of urbanization. The decentralized management of agricultural land caused by the slow transfer of agricultural land has formed significant constraints on the large-scale operation of agricultural land, and then takes advantage of modern agriculture further development. Therefore, increasing the ratio of farmland circulation is still a research hotspot in China’s agricultural and rural areas and modern agriculture. In order to further study the factors affecting the transfer of agricultural land,in order to increase the ratio of farmland turnover. This paper attempts to start from the behavioral psychological characteristics of farmers, combined with theoretical research, with reference to the research results of rural scholars on rural land transfer and endowment effects, and conducted a questionnaire survey on the current situation of rural farmland transfer in more than 200 households in Nangong City;Measure and analyze the endowment effect of different characteristics of farmers;By observing the characteristics of farmers with strong endowment effects, using the principal component regression research method to analyze the dominant factors affecting the endowment effect of farmers;Combining with the research results of the thesis, tentatively put forward countermeasures and suggestions,in order to promote the transfer of agricultural land. The results show that in the agricultural land circulation, farmers with different characteristics have the endowment effect of different strengths and weaknesses, among which the characteristics of farmers affecting the endowment effect include: basic characteristics of farmers, property rights intensity and resource endowment.Specifically: the older the age,the lower the level of education, the stronger the sense of property rights, and the more percapita arable land resources, the stronger the endowment effect, and the behavioral ability, that is,the ability of farmers to deal with agricultural land, trade, etc. The impact is not significant. This conclusion reveals a strong policy inspiration, that is,to promote the transfer of agricultural land and promote the formation of large-scale operation of agricultural land.At the level of farmers, the first is to focus on improving the education level in rural areas;the second is to increase the promotion of policies.Explain the intensity, ease the farmer’s love of the land, and the third is to correctly understand and understand the role of property rights in promoting the transfer of agricultural land.Through the propaganda and education of farmers’ policies, the endowment effect of farmers is reduced, and the incidence of farmland circulation in China is increased to promote the large-scale operation of agricultural land, thereby accelerating the development of modern agriculture.
