Research On The Endowment Effect Of Farmland Confirmation On Suppressing Farmland Circulation

Land confirmation is an important measure for the reform of rural land system.Due to the ambiguity and protection of farmland property rights,the land is idle and decentralized.The central government promotes the protection of property rights and promotes the willingness to transfer agricultural land by promoting the right of agricultural land to ensure the rational allocation of agricultural land resources.However,in the survey,it was found that with the advancement of farmland rights confirmation work,the willingness of land transfer in some areas did not rise and fall.This kind of research has aroused our strong research interest.This kind of transaction suppression is due to the strengthening of property rights.This article calls it the land transfer endowment effect.Therefore,this paper focuses on the effect of land transfer endowment,analyzes the trend of land circulation related data,innovatively proposes the theoretical hypothesis of endowment effect area,and analyzes the internal mechanism of action;constructs Logistic binary regression model to conduct field research in Le'an County,Jiangxi Province.The data confirms that there is indeed a restraining effect on the willingness of rural land to adjust the land transfer of farmers.The main conclusions are as follows:First,the existence of the farmland transfer endowment effect area was discovered.Under the action of farmland confirmation,the endowment effect occurred remarkably.With the gradual regulation of the farmland circulation market and the reduction of market transaction costs,farmers began to gradually adapt to the market trading scenarios,weakening the peasants' “loss avoidance” mentality,thus weakening the endowment effect.This kind of endowment effect is from strong to weak.This paper discusses the structure of the endowment effect area.Secondly,the theoretical traceability of the endowment effect is the difficult relationship between human and land.Subjectively,the characteristics of farmland personality are obvious and objective.The above is the continued dependence of farmers on the land.The development of the rural land transfer trading market is imperfect,which is theembodiment of the external environment to strengthen the peasant endowment effect.Third,in the ownership cognition of the peasant's three powers,in the case of imperfect farmland market,the intensity of property rights awareness and transfer out The willingness is negatively correlated,and the endowment effect is significant.That is,the peasants think that the closer the land is to private ownership,the smaller the willingness to transfer land.Based on the above conclusions,“property awareness” and “transfer market”are the two major factors that determine the effect of endowment effect;in order to better avoid the inhibition of endowment effect,the development of rural land transfer market focuses on improving the circulation market environment while cultivating The new rural production main mode protects the personality of the land.
