Agricultural modernization is the meaning of the realization of the rural revitalization strategy. The only way to achieve this is to promote the orderly circulation of agricultural land and mobilize the sleeping “asset” of land.It is true that the institutional arrangements such as the confirmation of agricultural land have promoted the circulation of agricultural land to a certain extent, but the development of the agricultural land circulation market is lagging behind, which is an indisputable fact. The reason is the property rights system? Is the supply insufficient? Or is the demand weak? To trace this source,in order to respond to this problem,we must understand the logic of the relationship between farmers’ farmland dependence, endowment effect and farmland circulation. On the basis of combing the relevant research results at home and abroad, this paper theoretically analyzes the logic between farmers’ farmland dependence, endowment effect and farmland circulation, and draws on the research hypothesis. On this basis, taking 396 peasant individuals in Guangdong Province as the research object, the peasant farmland dependence and the existence of the endowment effect were analyzed. The subjective dependence of farmers’ farmland and the objective dependence of farmers’ farmland were measured by factor analysis. This paper uses the path analysis model to deeply explore the intrinsic influence mechanism and influence effect of farmers’ farmland dependence and endowment effect on agricultural land transfer. Finally,it proposes policy recommendations to improve the orderly transfer of farmland, aiming at constructing an orderly and healthy development of farmland circulation market. The improvement of policies provides decision-making reference. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Whether it is the subjective dependence of farmers’ agricultural land or the objective dependence of farmers’ agricultural land, the older generation of farmers are more dependent on land than the new generation of farmers.(2)In general, the probability of endowment effect among the older generation of farmers is higher. This may be because the older generation of farmers regard agricultural activities as their professional interests, thus enhancing their dependence on the land and thus strengthening the endowment effect.(3)The stronger the farmer’s farmland dependence, the greater the endowment effect, and the smaller the farmland circulation. The subjective dependence of peasant farmland and the objective dependence of peasant farmland have both direct impact on agricultural land transfer and indirect impact through endowment effect.(4)The subjective dependence and endowment effect of farmers’ agricultural land is the mediator of farmland agricultural land reliance on agricultural land transfer, and the mediating effect accounts for 25.61% of the total effect. The contribution of the farmer’s farmland subjective dependence to the mediation effect is 82.22%.(5)The endowment effect is the only intermediate variable of the indirect effect of farmland farmland subjective dependence on agricultural land transfer, and the mediating effect accounts for 10.10% of the total effect.(6)In terms of the objective dependence of farmers’ agricultural land, the mediating effect of endowment effect accounts for 4.55% of the total effect on agricultural land transfer, and in the case of farmland farmland subjective dependence, this ratio is 10.10%. |
