With the rapid development of e-commerce,the phenomenon of traditional enterprises transforming e-commerce is becoming more and more common.The development of e-commerce enterprises has gradually changed from competition between enterprises and enterprises to competition between supply chain and supply chain.The continuous integration of supply chains by companies has also brought good economic benefits,so the demand for supply chain integration is growing stronger.However,judging from the scale of China's overall e-commerce enterprise's revenue,there is a contradiction between the slowdown or decline in growth rate.So choose a business enterprise for their own supply chain integration path is critical,then figure out the factors affecting supply chain integration is essential.The scholars' research focuses on the level of supply chain integration theory,and less attention is paid to the factors affecting the supply chain integration led by e-commerce companies and the integration path.First of all,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the supply chain integration led by e-commerce enterprises.The necessity is to analyze the value that e-commerce companies can obtain in supply chain integration,the feasibility is to analyze the current development trend of the supply chain,the unique advantages of e-commerce companies play a driving role in the development of supply chain,so e-commerce companies dominate the supply chain integration.Secondly,based on the status quo of supply chain integration led by e-commerce enterprises,the current supply chain integration path of e-commerce enterprises is summarized into two paths: building a service platform and promoting online and offline business integration.On the theoretical level,the general analysis of the influencing factors of the two paths,path 1 analyzes the supply chain resource integration capability of e-commerce enterprises,the information sharing mechanism between upstream and downstream enterprises,and the income distribution ability,Path 2analyzes four aspects: consumer demand information integration,e-commerce enterprise data analysis capability,market demand sensitivity,and innovation input importance.Again,use SPSS21.0 to perform reliability and validity analysis on the questionnaire data for both paths,the results show that the data has good credibility and persuasiveness,and then factor analysis is used for empirical verification.In this process,Path 1 has two influencing factors,named the business information integration capability of the e-commerce enterprise and the enterprise cooperation innovation capability,path 2 has two influencing factors,named intelligent consumer services and market demand forecasting capabilities.At the same time,the linear regression method is used to verify the previous conclusions.Finally,by analyzing the characteristics of the two major paths,it is explained which type of e-commerce enterprise is suitable for different integration paths,to help e-commerce companies choose the supply chain integration path that suits them;Give full play to the positive impact of the four major influencing factors on supply chain integration,and put forward countermeasures to effectively improve the integration adaptability of e-commerce enterprises' supply chain,and lay a foundation for the sustainable development of e-commerce enterprises.
