Innovation is the driving force for the company's continuous growth.In the era of knowledge economy,team learning has become an important perspective of innovation research.It is crucial to team innovation whether the team's learning space has a close knowledge exchange network and a favorable knowledge distribution structure.Based on the review and practical research of related literatures,this paper combines the existing theoretical research results between learning space and innovation performance,and takes the learning space as the direct influencing factor of team innovation performance from the team level.The theoretical model of the variable empirically tests the mechanism of the learning space orn the team's innovation performance.Using SPSS,AMOS and other statistical analysis tools,267 team members from 76 teams were used as empirical research.The results showed that:(1)spatial compactness and spatial knowledge have positive effects on team innovation performance.(2)Spatial density and spatial knowledge have a positive impact on team learning.(3)Team learning has a positive impact on team innovation performance.(4)Team learning plays a mediating role between the learning space and the team's innovation performance.Finally,based on the research results,this paper proposes relevant management suggestions for improving team innovation performance from the team level:(1)Building the team's learning space:expanding the team's social aspects,strengthening contact w:ith external group personnel;attaching importance to team building and increasing team members The tightness between the two;build heterogeneous teams,expand the knowledge of team space;encourage team members to share knowledge,and constantly update and improve the team knowledge base.(2)Strengthen team learning:continuously learn from the internal and external environment of the team;improve communication mechanism,strengthen communication and feedback among members;optimize employee training system and strengthen performance appraisal.(3)Establish and improve the team innovation support system:create an open atmosphere,encourage innovative team atmosphere and culture,enhance members' willingness to learn,innovate,and give team members appropriate freedom and incentives.
