After decades of rapid development,China's economy has gradually transitioned to a stable development period,and the government has also adjusted its economic structure according to this development status.This has made the development of all walks of life face a big impact.Enterprises are facing severe challenges,and this kind of challenge also exists for individuals.If enterprises and individuals want to ensure their own competitiveness,We must constantly improve our level of innovation and creativity.From a macro perspective,innovation promotes the further development of the social economy;from a micro level,innovation has a decisive impact on the core competitiveness of enterprises,and has a profound impact on the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.While individual employees are at the forefront of the improvement of corporate innovation level,studying how to improve creativity from an individual level not only contributes to the development of employees themselves,but also has a very positive significance for the innovation and development of the entire enterprise.So far,many scholars at home and abroad have studied the theme of innovation and creation,including the motivation of innovation,the mechanism of action between innovation and enterprise performance,the interaction between innovation and creativity,and the relationship between individual creativity and corporate creativity.Relationships,etc.,but most of these studies are carried out in the context of the market economy system,and research creativity from a macro level."Human" is the foundation of enterprise and social development.The improvement of enterprise and even social innovation level comes from the improvement of individual creativity within the enterprise.Therefore,stimulating and improving individual creativity should also become the focus of creativity research.The antecedent variables andinfluencing factors of individual creativity are very many.Under the influence of knowledge base theory and dynamic competence theory,the integration of personal knowledge and personal knowledge has a great influence on individual creativity,and self-efficacy affects individuals.The expectation of self-creation level,this paper takes personal knowledge integration and self-efficacy as the starting point to study its influence on individual creativity,and study the mechanism of interaction between knowledge integration,self-efficacy and individual creativity,hoping to study the creativity of individuals.Provide more theoretical support.After reading a large amount of literature and combing the literature,the author analyzes the mechanism of interaction between personal knowledge integration,self-efficacy,exploratory learning,utilization learning and personal creativity,and uses exploratory learning and utilization learning as Adjust the variables and construct the research framework of the thesis.The paper mainly studies the influence of independent variables(individual knowledge integration,self-efficacy)on the dependent variable(individual creativity),and between exploratory learning and utilization learning in self-efficacy and individual creativity,personal knowledge integration and personal creativity.Regulatory effect.This paper proposes the following six hypotheses:(1)self-efficacy has a positive effect on individual creativity;(2)personal knowledge integration has positive effects on individual creativity;(3)exploratory learning in self-efficacy and individuals There is a positive adjustment between creativity,and there is a negative adjustment between personal knowledge integration and individual creativity;(4)use-based learning between self-efficacy and individual creativity,personal knowledge integration and personal creativity Positive regulation.The paper uses the 239 valid questionnaires collected as samples to conduct empirical analysis,and uses SPSS19.0 and AMOS21.0 to complete the data analysis,and finally draws the following conclusions:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and individual creativity.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between personal knowledge integration and individual creativity;(3)Exploratory learning has a positive adjustment between self-efficacy andindividual creativity,in the integration of personal knowledge and personal creativity.There is a negative adjustment between the two;(4)the use of learning has no significant adjustment between self-efficacy and individual creativity,and has a positive adjustment between personal knowledge integration and personal creativity.The research results of this paper provide a new direction for enterprises to achieve innovative development and cultivate innovative talents,and have a very positive effect on the improvement of core competitiveness of enterprises.
