Research On The Development Level And Influencing Factors Of Manufacturing Servicizing In Chongqing

Manufacturing servicizing is an important direction for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,and is also an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.China is a big manufacturing country but not a manufacturing power.In the post-economic crisis era,under the dual pressure of Sino-US trade friction and domestic economic slowdown,China's manufacturing transformation and development is imminent.Referencing to relevant results,the research was further studied on the development of manufacturing servicizing,and an example was taken in Chongqing which is an important base for manufacturing in the western region.First of all,it sorts out the existing literature on manufacturing service,including the related concepts,motivations,influencing factors,effects and research methods of manufacturing service,and the interaction and integration research of manufacturing and service.Five theories closely related to the development of service industry in the manufacturing industry were introduced and analyzed,including industrial structure evolution and optimization theory,industrial integration theory,value chain theory,division of labor theory and cost theory.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the historical development,current situation and service-driven factors of Chongqing manufacturing industry,the case study method is used to analyze the service development strategy of Chongqing Changan Automobile.Thirdly,based on the two aspects of manufacturing service and manufacturing output service,the development of manufacturing service in Chongqing is studied,and the grey correlation model and multiple linear regression model are used to analyze the influencing factors.Finally,a summary is made.The study draws three important conclusions: First,the analysis at the micro level and the industry level confirms the general trend of Chongqing's manufacturing service development,and the manufacturing service is profoundly affecting the transformation of Chongqing's manufacturing industry;Second,Chongqing's manufacturing service has been at a relatively high level of development,but there are still many shortcomings that need further development.Third,service industry service efficiency,productive service industry development,industrial structure,technological innovation,resource constraints,etc.It is the main factor affecting the input and service of Chongqing's manufacturing industry.The scale of enterprises,the ability to innovate,and the profit contribution of service business are important factors affecting the output of Chongqing manufacturing enterprises.Specific policies are recommended from the government and enterprises: At the government level,encourage service industry development,create a good competitive environment,and encourage technological innovation;at the enterprise level,service enterprises must continuously enhance service capabilities and improve service quality.We must actively change the development model.This research has certain significance for understanding the law of service development of manufacturing industry,and it is of great value to the transformation and upgrading of regional manufacturing service.In addition,the research results are based on the typical urban analysis of manufacturing service development,and they have certain reference value for other cities and regions.
