Manufacturing is the foundation of the national economy and the pillar of the country's development and prosperity.As "world factory",China's manufacturing industry has not been limited to the production of low value-added items such as textiles and chemicals.In recent years.High value-added manufacturing industries such as automobiles,semiconductors,OLEDs and mobile phones are transfered from international market to China,which has led to the demand for high-end equipments such as laser equipment.With the development of the economy,China's enterprises play a more important role in promoting economic development.In order to achieve better results,enterprises must set effective strategic development plan,so as to embark on a sound development path,ensuring healthy and rapid development.Nowadays,enterprises in China pay great attention to strategic planning.Timely solving problems encountered according to internal and external situations,improving scientific management level of enterprises are essential for business objectives.Guided by Made in China 2025 strategy and the Belt and Road Initiative,Han's laser is commited to making China strong and making the world more advanced,it constantly moving forward to high-end manufacturing industry,ranking NO.1 in China and NO.2 in the world.As a subsidiary of Hans Laser,focusing on medium-low power laser equipment,Company A adjusts it's strategy to cope with the changing laser market.Company A wins customers by developing and implementing effective development strategy,and broaden market to obtain core industry competitiveness.This article is divided into six parts.The first part expounds the research background and significance of this paper,the main content and research methods of the research.The second part introduces the related concepts and theoretical foundations in detail,including the connotation of strategic management and the basic theory and analytical methods of strategic management.The third part mainly analyzes the development status and existing problems of HANS LASER Group A Company.The fourth part analyzes the internal and external environment of HANS LASER Group A Company,and uses SWOT model to list the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats that Company A is currently facing.The PEST analysis method is used to analyze the various environments facing A company.The fifth part studies the development strategy and strategic safeguard measures applicable to Company A.Finally,asummary of this article shows the author's expectations.
