Research On Targeted Poverty Alleviation In A County, Jiangsu Province

Poverty alleviation work is one of the topics most concerned by our party and government.Since the founding of the PRC,the Chinese government has gradually solved the problem of absolute poverty.Under the new situation,absolute poverty and relative poverty still exist in our country.At the same time,the "reducing poverty effect" has been declining year by year,the economic growth rate has gradually slowed down,and the party and government have put forward the "precision poverty alleviation" strategy.A set of precision poverty alleviation mechanisms consisting of precise identification,accurate assistance,accurate management,and accurate assessment has been gradually established and initial successes have been achieved.However,in the implementation process,there are still some problems that need to be corrected and improved.The 19th National Party Congress puts forward the goal of"all poverty-stricken rural populations will get rid of poverty by the current standards in China by 2020,and all the poverty-stricken counties will get their hats off." We must firmly grasp the essence of precision,constantly optimize the working mechanism,to ensuring maximum efficiency of pro-poor policies.County A is a relatively poor county in Jiangsu Province.During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period,the county has established a total 92,860 people with low-income population.It has set 35 poverty-stricken tasks in weak economic villages,and it is very difficult to complete a new round of poverty eradication by 2020.When the county is running a precision poverty alleviation mechanism,It also found that there are both common and personal problems.It is imperative to conduct research and analysis on this issue to help optimize the work in the next step and improve poverty alleviation efficiency.This article mainly adopts the method of literature search and field research to master the implementation of the precision poverty alleviation mechanism in a county.Summarizes the work mechanism of accurate poverty alleviation in this county mainly exists the problems of insufficient precision of identification,low efficiency of precise help fund,poor operation of precise management,insufficient participation of the masses,inconspicuous orientation of accurate assessment and low enthusiasm of help staff.Based on the above problems,this paper discusses measures to optimize the mechanism of poverty alleviation.We will improve the precise identification mechanism,optimize the allocation of aid resources,improve the efficiency of aid,give full play to the role of the Internet in accurate management,establish a fault-tolerant and error correction mechanism to increase the enthusiasm of aid workers.
