Research On Risk Management Of The W Cross-border E-Commerce Company

With the development of Internet and the rapid development of our economy,the cross-border e-commerce industry in our country has developed rapidly.Especially with the continuous drive of various favorable policies in our FTA,more and more enterprises or capital have been attracted to join the cross-border e-commerce industry and participate in the competition of cross-border e-commerce industry.Behind the rapid development,various problems have also been exposed.Many problems have not been effectively solved,especially the risk problems in the supply chain.Based on the research of supply chain risk and the actual development of W cross-border e-commerce company,this paper studies the supply chain risk management by combining theory with practice and on the basis of defining the theoretical model of supply chain risk assessment,and provides specific countermeasures for the supply chain risk management of W cross-border e-commerce company.In this study,we use the index theory model of cross-border e-commerce supply chain risk,use the analytic hierarchy process,through setting two or two evaluation questionnaires to obtain the corresponding data,use Yaahp software to analyse the data hierarchically,determine the final key factors and corresponding weight values,and provide the basis for formulating the supply chain risk control countermeasures of W cross-border e-commerce company in this study.Through the research in this paper,we find that there are potential risks in the supply chain of W cross-border e-commerce company,which mainly focus on upstream suppliers,downstream cooperative platforms,logistics service providers,external environment and the company's own management.The indicators of supply chain risk of W cross-border e-commerce company mainly reflect logistics risk,transaction risk,marketing risk and environmental risk,and establish supply chain risk assessment.Theoretical model;Applying the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the supply chain risk factors of W cross-border e-commerce company.By calculating the weight value,it is determined that the biggest impact of risk is transaction risk,followed by environmental risk,third is logistics risk,and last is marketing risk,which can be neglected.The concrete countermeasures for risk control of W cross-border e-commercecompany's supply chain are put forward.And the safeguard measures for the implementation of the countermeasures.This study provides specific solutions for W cross-border e-commerce companies to carry out supply chain risk management,and also has a certain reference value for similar cross-border e-commerce enterprises in supply chain risk management.
