Research On Taiwanese Businessmen Policy In Zhejiang From The Perspective Of Social Integration

Since 1979,the Mainland's Taiwan policy and Zhejiang's Taiwanese business policy have undergone such stages as preliminary establishment,rapid development and orderly development.At present,the policy of Taiwanese businessmen in Zhejiang has entered a period of integration and development.Under the background of various disharmonious factors in cross-strait economic relations and Sino-US trade frictions,the Mainland has put forward a policy of integration and development with Taiwan.It is embodied in the Regulations on Investment Guarantee of Taiwan compatriots in Zhejiang Province,76 suggestions on Huitai's implementation,and the processing of residence permits for Taiwan compatriots.At present,there are still some problems in the policy of Taiwanese businessmen in Zhejiang,such as the production dilemma of low-end Taiwanese-funded enterprises and the failure of integration,the merger at the shallow level is ignored and only capital is seen.But there are also some successful models,such as the deep integration model of large Taiwanese-funded enterprises and the integration model of new Taiwanese business groups.The historical experience of Zhejiang's Taiwanese businessmen policy is that political basis is the premise,economic exchange is the process,and social integration is the path.We can further optimize and innovate in the following aspects: economy,docking with eight major industries in Zhejiang;culture,consolidating the foundation of traditional culture;crowd,focusing on the "New Taiwanese Businessmen Group";security,strengthening the thinking of rule of law.
