With the rapid development of the country and the increasing improvement of people's living standards,the professional markets is also expanding rapidly.At the same time,thanks to the booming development of the domestic tourism market and the steady growth of the number of hotel rooms,the market of domestic hotel supplies shows a trend of rapid growth.Faced with huge business opportunities,various commercial real estate companies have established their own market of professional hotel supplies throughout the country.Therefore,business competition is fierce and investment promotion faces great challenges.HD Group Co.,Ltd.was established in Nanchang,Jiangxi Province in 1994.Due to strategic considerations,the group set up the project team on HD hotel supplies city,which is located in Qingshanhu District,Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province,and it was expected to become the largest procurement market of professional hotel supplies in central China,and in early-middle period 361 mu was developed,with the total construction area of about 300,000 square meters.The following article referred to as the hotel supplies city project.The most important part of preparing for the professional market is the attractiveness of the investment,which is the key to the success of the project.Only by developing an investment promotion strategy that can be implemented and finding businesses that meet the criteria,can we ensure that the project starts as planned and continues to thrive.The hotel supplies city project is located in Changan Road,Qingshan Lake District,but the geographical location is not superior,which causes a series of problems and difficulties in the investment work.In this paper PEST analysis method was used to know the market environment faced by the hotel supplies city project.Secondly,the market segmentation and positioning of the hotel supplies city project were completed by using the STP theory in the process of investment promotion,and the investment strategy of the hotel supplies city project is finally determined.This paper is divided into six parts.First of all,in the first part,according to the fierce competition in the professional market,the research background and significance were put forward and the idea and structure of the article were defined.In the second part the domestic and foreign theoretical research and review were summarized to provide the theoretical basis for this paper.In the third part the macro environment,intermediate environment and micro environment that affect thehotel supplies city project were analyzed,providing reference for the formulation of investment strategy.In the fourth part the target market and positioning of the project were determined based on the above investment environment analysis.In the fifth part,based on environmental analysis and market positioning,the investment strategy of HD hotel supplies city project was determined.In the sixth part the safeguard measures of the investment strategy of HD hotel supplies city project were introduced.It is hoped that the study in this paper can provide more professional markets with scientific,effective and reasonable investment strategies,being as a good reference.
