The Research On Investment Strategy Of Qin Huang Dao Urban Development Group

The predecessor of Qinhuangdao City Development Investment Holding Group Limited.(CDG)is Qinhuangdao City Investment Limited,which is a typical government investment unit.In December 2014,according to “Qinhuangdao Municipal People's Government's Reply on the Integration of CDG and Transfer of Assets”,[2014] No.56 Reply,the new CDG was founded by integrating municipal level's city construction assets.The presentation of this paper mainly considers the research on scientific and systematic investment strategy should be high leveled and practical.It should consider not only the overall development strategy on Qinhuangdao City Development Investment Holding Group Limited,but also the in-depth research on the specific problems along with development of the group,and propose solutions.In the process of drafting the paper,firstly,it introduces the background and significance of the development of state-owned investment enterprises at home and abroad and the current situation of investment strategy research.Secondly,it makes an in-depth analysis of the current investment strategy of CDG,including the general situation of the Group,the basic situation of investment projects and the main problems existing in the current investment strategy,including the non-marketization of investment behavior,unclear investment direction,insufficient investment risk control capability,unsound investment decision-making mechanism and insufficient investment talents.Third,in view of the existing problems,combined with the relevant research on optimizing the investment strategy of CDG in recent years,this paper mainly studies the specific investment direction,investment management mechanism process,financing mode design and risk early warning system from the premise,objectives,principles and specific strategies for different types of investment projects.Finally,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures to realize the optimization of investment strategy.In the drafting process,the literatures research method,survey and discussion method and cases research method are used.Theoretical and practical research results of the transformation and development of state-owned investment units and reform ofstate-owned enterprises are fully absorbed.Through the visits to government departments,group internal departments and subordinate enterprises,the analysis and research on the group's existing investment projects,and the focused discussions with pertinence,the investment strategies,which can fit for the needs of the enterprise,are finally determined.This paper is a study on the short-term,mid-term and long-term investment strategies of Qinhuangdao CDG and a systematic thinking on the group's overall development.It strives to clarify functional positions,identify development goals,determine development paths,and formulate development measures through the research on investment strategies,and gradually formulates and improves the relevant work plans or schemes with the implementation of strategic plans.
