| American scholar Daniel Bell reveals the overall historical trend of capitalist society and even the entire human society from industrial society to post-industrial society based on a unique theoretical perspective,and clarifies the basic characteristics of post-industrial society.In contemporary Western sociology,the theoretical views put forward by Daniel Bell have had a profound impact.This paper systematically analyzes Daniel Bell's post-industrial social theory.On the basis of affirming its theoretical achievements and contemporary values,based on the theoretical characteristics of post-industrial society,it expounds the development status and problems in the development of the old industrial bases in Northeast China.And put forward corresponding development suggestions for the problem.On the basis of analyzing the development status and development dilemma of the old industrial bases in Northeast China,and referring to the experience and enlightenment of how the old industrial bases are successfully transformed,a series of development strategies in line with the old industrial bases in Northeast China are proposed.First of all,starting from the government and market perspective,reduce the government's intervention in the market and strengthen the market's resource allocation.Deepen market reforms and give play to industrial advantages.Second,accelerate the pace of technological innovation.Innovation is the source of development and a key step in the revitalization of the Northeast region.It optimizes the industrial structure and shifts the primary and secondary industries to tertiary and emerging industries.Finally,combined with Daniel Bell's post-industrial social theory,build an industrial technology innovation platform,and form a strategicdevelopment alliance of production,learning,research and innovation.This is a necessary condition for promoting the economic development of the old industrial bases in Northeast China. |
