Study On The History Of Northeast Old Industrial Base Construction During The "First Five-Year Plan"

With the recovery of the national economy after the founding of new China,the party and the government formulated and implemented the first five-year plan for national economic development.During the "first five-year plan" period,northeast China,as a key industrial base,basically established a relatively complete system of heavy industry,which made great contributions to China's economic development and the consolidation of the people's political power.However,since the reform and opening up,especially since the new century,the old industrial base in northeast China has been unable to keep up with the national situation due to the contradictions in the system and mechanism of industry,and its visibility in the national economic development has become worse and worse.Therefore,the party central committee,the state council timely put forward the revitalization of the old industrial base in the northeast of the major decision,sounded the old industrial base in the northeast of the era of revitalization and development of the horn.In order to better carry out the policy of revitalizing the old industrial base in northeast China,it is necessary to investigate and study the construction history of the old industrial base in northeast China during the period of "the first five-year plan",because only when we understand clearly the past of a thing,can we have a better understanding of its present and imagine its future.Based on this,this paper takes the process of the construction of the old industrial base in northeast China in the period of the "first five-year plan" as a clue,presents the practice of the industrial construction in northeast China in that period,summarizes the historical achievements of its construction,and summarizes its development experience.Guided by dialectical materialism and historical materialism,this paper applies literature research method,historical research method and other research methods.Firstly,it states the background and significance of the topic selection,and introduces the current research status of domestic and foreign academic circles on the topics closely related to this topic selection.Secondly,the historical background of the construction of the old industrial base in northeast China during the period of the "first five-year plan" was sorted out,and the historical inevitability of the construction of the old industrial base in northeast China was demonstrated.The construction of northeast old industrial base in the period of the "first five-year plan" was sorted out again--the initial stage,the development stage and the basic completion stage;Finally,the achievements of the old industrial base construction in northeast China are summarized from four aspects: heavy industrial base,urbanization process,consolidating the people's political power,and supporting the national construction,and the historical experience of the old industrial base in northeast China is summarized from three aspects:adhering to the leadership of the party,giving play to regional advantages,and drawing on advanced experience.The "first five-year plan" period is the beginning of the comprehensive construction of the old industrial base in northeast China and an important part of the industrialization construction of new China.Therefore,the "first five-year plan" period is the northeast old industrial base construction historical investigation and research,has the important theoretical significance and the practical significance.
