Study On The Path And Countermeasure Of Poverty Alleviation In Du'an Yao Autonomous County Of Guangxi

Guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory,the important thinking of the "Three Represents",the Scientific Outlook on Development,and Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,he fully implemented the spirit of the 19 th Party Congress and regarded poverty alleviation as the biggest political task during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period.The most important work of the center has shown that the Party Central Committee and the State Council have attached importance to improving the living standards of all ethnic groups.Ethnic areas are deeply impoverished areas,To realize the establishment of a well-off society in the ethnic areas in 2020,it is imperative to study the path and countermeasures of poverty alleviation in Du'an Yao Autonomous County.Du'an Yao Autonomous County is an Autonomous County in Guangxi.It is also a key county for poverty alleviation and a rocky desertification area in Yunnan,Guizhou and Guizhou provinces.Du'an Yao Autonomous County is the county with the largest number of poor people,the widest poverty coverage area,the largest number of people relocated to poverty alleviation and the most difficult to get rid of poverty in Guangxi.The basic county conditions of Duan Yao Autonomous County are summarized as: old,young,partial,mountain,poor and special.Rural areas are an important guarantee for the realization of national development and a well-off society in an all-round way.They are also the key areas to promote the smooth progress of poverty alleviation and hard work.Through field investigation and data collection,this paper analyses the general situation of poverty alleviation and fortification in three villages of Duan Yao Autonomous County,namely,Bashan Village,Baoan Township,Zicheng Village,Chengjiang Town and Longba Village,Xiao Town.Only by analyzing and researching the experience of poverty alleviation and fortification in three typical villages of Duan Yao Autonomous County and the common problems of these three typical villages,can we have a more comprehensive understanding of Duan Yao Autonomy.An overview of poverty alleviation and fortification in counties.There are many paths and measures in the process of overcoming poverty in Duan Yao Autonomous County,focusing on the four main paths of overcoming poverty in Duan Yao Autonomous County(poverty alleviation by relocation,poverty alleviation by education,poverty alleviation by industry and poverty alleviation by low living standard),analyzing the existing problems and putting forward countermeasures to solve the problems.Duan Yao Autonomous County needs to adhere to and implement the material and spiritual poverty alleviation measures,which are combined with recent and sustainable poverty alleviation measures,in order to better carry out poverty alleviation work.The fight against poverty is a lasting battle.During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,Du'an Yao Autonomous County was affected by factors such as natural economic level,poverty level and so on.To achieve the overall goal of fighting against poverty,it is still difficult for Guangxi to overcome poverty.During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,it is necessary to go deep into the masses of the people to do a good job in fighting poverty in Du'an Yao Autonomous County.While affirming the effectiveness of poverty alleviation in Du'an Yao Autonomous County,we should understand the real needs of the people in the process of poverty alleviation,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Studying the general situation of poverty alleviation and fortification in Du'an Yao Autonomous County is helpful to understand the effectiveness and practical difficulties of implementing poverty alleviation and fortification policies in minority areas,and also has certain reference significance for the implementation of poverty alleviation and fortification policies in other areas.Better implementation of the national policy of poverty alleviation and fortification,continued promotion of the development of Duan Yao Autonomous County and the task of poverty alleviation and fortification in Duan Yao Autonomous County are of great strategic significance for consolidating and developing new ethnic relations,realizing common prosperity of all ethnic groups,maintaining long-term stability of the country,enriching and developing Marxist ethnic theory and facilitating exchanges among ethnic groups.Blend.In the period of the rush to fight against poverty,we should strengthen our unity around the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as its core,unify our thoughts and actions,and make every effort to fight against poverty.
