Problems And Countermeasures Of Industrial Poverty Alleviation In Guangxi Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

At present,under the influence of Rural Revitalization and precise poverty alleviation policy,rural society will usher in a new wave of reform,and the precise poverty alleviation policy will gradually shift to the strategy of rural revitalization.Aiming at the present situation and existing problems of poverty alleviation by industry in Guangxi under the background of rural revitalization,this paper explores the solutions according to the analysis of the causes,finds the close link between Rural Revitalization and industrial poverty alleviation,innovates the development model of poverty alleviation by industry with multi-strategy means,integrates the achievements of poverty alleviation by industry with the prosperity of rural industry,and realizes the space of agricultural production.Effective transformation,in order to effectively promote the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.In Guangxi's industrial poverty alleviation,due to the imperfect development of rural spatial market,the difficult maintenance of policy-based subsidies for poverty alleviation industries,the policy limitation to poor households,and the lack of policy incentives for non-poor households,the low efficiency of industrial poverty alleviation market,the poor sustainable development of industrial poverty alleviation,the weak enthusiasm of farmers to participate in poverty alleviation and the industrial poverty alleviation,etc.The emergence of such problems as single mode has a direct impact on the development of poverty alleviation by industry and the strategy of Rural Revitalization in Guangxi.Based on the theory of spatial production and the theory of holistic governance,this paper studies the problem of industrial poverty alleviation in the process of precision poverty alleviation.Taking the industrial poverty alleviation in town D in Guangxi as a case study,this paper studies and analyzes the industrial poverty alleviation model,the achievements and shortcomings of industrial poverty alleviation,and comprehensively evaluates the existing problems and the progressive patterns of industrial poverty alleviation in town D.It also makes a comparison between "enterprises + bases + farmers + poor households","enterprises+ cooperatives + poor households" and "cooperatives + bases + poor households".Three practical models of industrial poverty alleviation are empirically studied to explore the reform direction of rural poverty alleviation reflected by Guangxi poverty alleviation industry.
