Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Industry Revitalization

The second critical period of build a well-off society in an all-round way,put forward to implement the rural revitalization strategy,the 19 th National Congress,"adhere to the priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,according to the prosperous industry,ecological livable,local custom civilization,effective governance,life wealthy general requirements,the implementation of rural five revitalization,establishing and perfecting the mechanism of urban and rural integration development system and policy system,accelerate the rural modernization of agriculture." In the five major rural areas,industrial revitalization is the foundation.Therefore,combining with the actual development of rural industry revitalization research,to do a good job in the new era of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has great practical significance.Taking the opportunity of releasing dividends from the industrial poverty alleviation policy,J town in sichuan province vigorously promoted the industrial revitalization and achieved certain results.However,in general,the industrial revitalization of J town is still in the exploration and development stage,and there are still many problems to be solved,so it is urgent to explore a more efficient way of industrial revitalization.Based on the above reasons,this article choose J town as research object,based on the J town industrial revitalization of the status quo of collaborative governance theory,interest theory as the theoretical basis,using the methods of questionnaire investigation and interview method,the paper analyzes the current situation of J town industrial revitalization,problems and reasons,related industries at home and abroad for reference,the experience,combined with their own work practice,put forward countermeasures and Suggestions.The research results of this paper show that in recent years,in order to promote the revitalization of the industry,J town has made some achievements in the development of planting industry,breeding industry and tourism industry by adopting the methods of overall planning,key industrial park construction and innovative development of four primary projects.However,due to underdeveloped infrastructure,insufficient sustainability of industrial revitalization,high cost of enterprises,unsmooth land transfer,and complex relations between various stakeholders,the degree of industrial revitalization of J town is not high enough.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the capital guarantee,strengthen the sustainable development of the industry,improve the talent construction mechanism,increase the intensity of land transfer,and coordinate the relationship between various stakeholders,so as to ensure the more efficient implementation of the rural industrial revitalization in town J.
