Study On Countermeasures For Development Of Logistics Industry In Fujian Province Under The "Maritime Silk Road" Core Zone Strategy

As a pillar industry in our national economy,logistics industry is of self-evident significance to the promotion of social and economic development.In recent years,the State has promulgated a number of favorable policies in succession related to the logistics industry in Fujian Province,which reflects its explicit support to the building of "Fujian Strait Blue Economic Pilot Zone","Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone" and"21st Century Maritime Silk Road Core Zone" in Fujian Province.The policy advantage of“Superposition of multiple zones" has enabled Fujian logistics industry to usher in a new round of opportunity for development.As the core zone of the"Maritime Silk Road",Fujian serves vital role in the building of a new sailing channel for inland provinces,irradiating on the inland,connecting with Taiwan as well as accessing ASEAN and in other aspects;In the meantime,logistics industry is playing an important role in "facilities connectivity" and "unimpeded trade".As a result,in the face of the new normal of economy,the study on the development of Fujian logistics industry basing on the core zone of the "Maritime Silk Road" is of great practical significance to the improvement of logistics industry's overall level,the promotion of economic development and the full display of the guiding,demonstrating,gathering and radiating effects of the core zone.In this paper,with the logistics industry in Fujian Province as the research object and the combination of theoretical and empirical analysis as the research methodology,it explores the measures to the question of how to seize the strategic opportunity to promote the development of logistics industry of Fujian province in the context of the"Maritime Silk Road" core zone strategy.First of all,this paper summarizes and reviews relevant literatures on the development of regional logistics,logistics efficiency and the development of logistics industry under the "Maritime Silk Road"strategy,so that the research approaches of this paper could be determined.Secondly,this paper expounds the relevant concepts and theoretical basis from three aspects,namely regional logistics,evaluation of logistics efficiency and logistics strategy management.Thirdly,on the basis of an overview of the status quo of the logistics industry in Fujian Province,by applying multi-period network DEA model,this paperanalyzes the operating efficiency of the logistics industry in Fujian Province,with thelogistics industry of provinces along the "Maritime Silk Road" as decision making units.This paper clarifies the shortcomings of Fujian logistics industry's development.Then,using the integrated forecasting method of grey forecasting and regression forecasting,this paper assesses the logistics demand in Fujian Province.Furthermore,based on the analysis of operating efficiency of the logistics industry and forecast of logistics demand,by adopting the SWOT qualitative and quantitative analyzing method,this paper puts forward strategy and ideas for the development of Fujian logistics industry against the background of the "Maritime Silk Road" core zone strategy.Finally,orienting toward home and abroad respectively,this paper proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions with the expectation of providing references to the development of Fujian logistics industry under the "Maritime Silk Road" core zone strategy.
