At present,China's economic development system has changed from a traditional economy to a new economy.The arrival of the new economic era has caused many developing enterprises to face the challenges of change and transformation.Our national preschool education institutions also have the same crisis.Some managers realized in the fierce competition that the corporate culture that is compatible with the modern economy plays an important role in optimizing corporate management and creating distinctive brands.However,in the actual work,the corporate culture communication system is not perfect,the communication channels are single,and the means of communication are backward.The communication efficiency is low,and the content of the corporate culture cannot be rooted in the actual situation,and it is difficult to play its role.As the largest early childhood education and training institution in Pingdingshan City,JTY Preschool Education Group is also facing such a challenge.The existing corporate culture communication model can no longer meet the JTY preschool education group under the new economic situation.The enterprise urgently needs to find out its own enterprise.The problems existing in the cultural communication model,and propose a complete,scientific and practical applicationoriented improvement program for these problems,thereby enhancing the effectiveness of corporate culture communication.The research method mainly uses four methods: literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and statistical analysis method.Firstly,the theoretical basis and research results of domestic and foreign corporate culture communication are collected and combed,and the functions and characteristics of corporate culture communication are explored.Secondly,the questionnaire method and interview method were used to investigate the effect of JTY preschool education and its influencing factors.Finally,it analyzes the reasons that affect the effectiveness of corporate culture communication,and proposes reasonable improvement strategies and safeguard measures.Through investigation,it is found that the reasons that affect the effectiveness of JTY Preschool Education's corporate culture communication are as follows: 1.The importance of the communication subject's penetration of corporate culture is not clear,the propaganda and implementation work is imperfect,and the communication team is weak;The relationship is weak and the focus is not prominent;3.The communication channel is single,the utilization rate is low,and the network communication intensity is small;4.The interest concentration of the communication object on the corporate culture is not high,and its attitude cannot be feedback.Several improvement strategies are proposed for these problems: 1.Improve the attention of communication subjects to corporate culture communication,establish a sound communication system;2.Establish a corporate identity system(CIS);3.Connect online and offline channels Combine and improve channel utilization;4.Improve the participation of cultural communication work in dissemination object enterprises and establish a feedback platform.I hope that through these strategies,the effectiveness of JTY Preschool Group's corporate culture communication will be enhanced.In this paper,the theory of corporate culture communication is applied to the actual operation of JTY Preschool Group,and suggestions are made to improve the effectiveness of corporate culture communication.The products of information technology in the new economic era will be applied to the corporate culture communication system of JTY Preschool Group,and the power of the times will be used to enhance the efficiency of corporate culture communication.For reference and reference for small and medium-sized private early childhood education enterprises that are developing in a large scale.
