As China's economy enters a new normal,going abroad to seek new opportunities and markets has become one of the important ways for domestic enterprises to seek development.However,in the complicated international political and economic environment,the problems faced by domestic enterprises in carrying out international entrepreneurship are often complicated and arduous.In the past two years,China's emerging technology companies have tried to carry out international operations,but the effect has not been significant,and there is still a certain gap with expectations.In this context,Xiaomi Technology Co.,Ltd.(referred to as Xiaomi Company)has excellent international business performance.With its unique “Triathlon” model and high cost performance,Xiaomi has quickly entered multiple overseas markets,achieving nearly a hundredfold increase in overseas operating income.Therefore,Xiaomi's internationalization strategy is worthy of our specific research.Beijing Xiaomi Technology Co.,Ltd.(referred to as Xiaomi Company or Xiaomi)has attracted the attention of the industry since its establishment,not only because Xiaomi Company uses its Internet-based light asset model to occupy a place in China,but also because of the excellent internationalization.Operating performance,Xiaomi Company has only been in international operation for only 4 years,but has entered82 countries around the world and achieved nearly 100 times increase inoverseas operating income.The fundamental reason for the success of Xiaomi's overseas market business lies in its correct guiding role in its internationalization strategy.Therefore,studying the internationalization strategy of Xiaomi Company will not only help to explore the future development path of Xiaomi Company,but also serve the new technology enterprises in China.In the context of the era,the road to overseas expansion is provided for reference.This paper adopts the method of case analysis and mainly studies the internationalization strategy of Xiaomi Company.Firstly,the thesis summarizes the relevant research literatures and makes a theoretical foundation for the topic selection.Then through the enterprise related data and theoretical review,the comprehensive analysis of Xiaomi's internationalization strategy was carried out,including the basic overview of Xiaomi Company,the content of internationalization strategy and specific implementation measures,and evaluated the implementation effect of Xiaomi's internationalization strategy.On this basis,it summarizes the experience of Xiaomi Company in its international operation.Finally,it gives the enlightenment of Xiaomi's internationalization strategy to the international operation of China's science and technology enterprises: looking for emerging markets with sufficient growth potential as the target market;+" marketing model to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs;enhance corecompetitiveness to clarify brand positioning;develop proprietary intellectual property rights,establish international strategic alliances;comply with overseas market laws and regulations,and avoid international business risks.Study the process of implementation of Xiaomi's internationalization strategy and sum up experience,and provide a representative case of internationalization of enterprises,which has certain reference value and practical significance for domestic emerging technology enterprises.
