Research On The Application Of EVA In Financial Performance Evaluation Of KZ Company

With the development of the socialist market economy,the competitive pressures of all walks of life continue to increase,and profit is always the ultimate goal of business operations.How to effectively evaluate the business status and financial performance of enterprises is the focus of enterprises,and is also the focus of the stakeholders of enterprises,shareholders,creditors and other enterlprises,and is an indispensable condition for the long-term development of enterprises.However,in the increasingly complex economic environment,traditional financial performance evaluation methods are increasingly unable to meet the needs of enterprises to enhance their own value and maximize shareholder wealth.It is very important to use new and effective enterprise value evaluation.In 2010,the National Assets Commission included the economic value added in the assessment of central enterprises.The focus of government and stakeholders on enterprises is no longer just the increase of profits,and the value creation of enterprises is taken as a longer-term goal.The performance appraisal indicator of economic value added has gradually entered the field of scholars.The economic value added is based on the theory of surplus.After a series of adjustments,it makes the artificial profit operation space smaller,so that the evaluation of business performance is more accurate and is of great significance to the development of the enterprise.Liquor is a unique wine in China.The wine culture has a long history and plays an indispensable role in people's work and life.As one of the leading enterprises in the liquor industry in Anhui Province,KZ is a strong local brand.If it wants to advance to the ranks of high-end liquor companies in China,it still needs further development.Taking KZ company as an example,combined with the traditional financial indicators,it can't meet the background of enterprise development needs.According to the specific situation of KZ company,it studies the financial performance evaluation of liquor enterprises,discusses the importance of EVA financial performance evaluation,and objectively evaluates itself for KZ company.The financial shape has certain reference significance.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.Through the collation and research of relevant literatures at home and abroad,the research background,research purposes,method ideas,etc.of this paper are determined,and the research innovation and deficiency are analyzed.The second chapter analyzes the mechanism of EVA financial performance evaluation based on relevant theories.The third chapter analyzes the current status of KZ's current financial performance evaluation and finds problems.The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper.On the basis of pointing out the necessity of KZ company's EVA performance evaluation,the EVA index system is calculated and analyzed in detail,and compared with the traditional financial performance evaluation.The fifth chapter is the conclusion of this paper.Through the application research of KZ company's financial performance evaluation method,the author concludes that although traditional financial indicators can analyze the financial status of enterprises in a certain aspect,there are still defects,and EVA performance evaluation can more reasonably reflect the enterprise value.Based on the theory,this paper conducts relevant research on the financial performance evaluation of representative companies in the liquor industry,which is an extension of the scope of application of EVA theory.It is hoped that through the application research of EVA performance evaluation of specific companies in the liquor industry,it can provide some suggestions and enlightenment for establishing a sound and more effective financial performance evaluation method for the liquor industry.
