The role and status of quality management in modern society is increasingly important.For research institutes,the quality of scientific research projects is life.As the first step of quality management,project evaluation is directly related to the survival and development of research institute projects.Therefore,organizations around the world are paying more and more attention to the evaluation of quality projects.It is even more important to conduct research on the evaluation of international cooperation projects.It is related to the status of the country and the nation in the world.As an important force in the development of science and technology in China,the Chinese Academy of Sciences is also a new force in international cooperation.For many years,it has been active in the international scientific research arena and is undertaking more and more high-tech international cooperation tasks.In order to ensure the smooth progress of international cooperation projects and ensure the smooth completion of scientific research work,it is necessary to strengthen the quality management of international cooperation from the source,further rationalize the evaluation system of international cooperation projects,improve the quality management level,and thus enhance international cooperation.The effectiveness of the project operation.Therefore,ensuring the smooth development of international cooperation projects and targeting its project evaluation system has become an extremely important topic in the management of international cooperation projects of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.The main work done by the author is as follows:(1)Firstly summarize the research results and progress of the evaluation system at home and abroad,and analyze the current methods of several evaluation systems;(2)Then summarize the status quo of the international cooperation project evaluation system of the Institute of Scientific Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and find the problem;(3)Again,for the status quo of international cooperation projects of scientific research institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,through the evaluation of experts in the industry,find out the project evaluation system method suitable for the international cooperation project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,and establish an evaluation system model;(4)Finally,combined with the actual project,the application effect of the simulation system.
