Research On The Construction Of The Performance Management System Of MA Land Group Based On The Balanced Scorecard

In recent years,China vigorously promotes the construction of urbanization,as an important part of the urbanization of the real estate industry has developed rapidly.However,due to the complex and changeable market environment and the constant adjustment of national policies,the survival and development of small and medium-sized private real estate companies are faced with both good opportunities and severe challenges.Therefore,timely and effective integration and transformation have become the strategic requirements for the development of real estate companies.The key for real estate companies to stand out in the future competition is to comprehensively improve their core competitiveness.An important and effective way for companies to improve their core competitiveness is to implement performance management based on balanced scorecard,which lays a foundation for the realization of corporate strategic goals.In this paper,the research object is the MA group company,Summarize the performance management theories and methods,and use the methods of literature review,investigation and interview,and consultation to understand the current situation of performance management of MA land group and analyze the existing problems in detail.Then,on this basis,the performance management system of MA group based on balanced scorecard is constructed from four aspects including financial dimension,customer dimension,internal business process dimension,learning and growth dimension.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the established MA group performance management system,a series of strong safeguard measures were developed.Through the research of this paper,it also tries to summarize a set of performance management model suitable for small and medium-sized private real estate companies,so as to provide reference for other similar real estate companies in China.
