The pressure of the development of electromechanical enterprises is huge,which is of great significance to the research on the development strategy of electromechanical enterprises.This paper studies the strategy of the development of JD company.In terms of the research methods,this paper mainly adopts the method of literature researcod and interview,and studies the strategy of the development of JD company by applh methying the model of the strategic management theory and strategic analysis.Through environmental analysis,it can be seen that there are still many uncertain factors facing electromechanical products,and long-term preparations must be made.Domestic economic growth slowed down,structural adjustment pains emerged,and downward pressure on the economy continued to increase.Overcapacity contradiction is very prominent,industry competition is extremely fierce;JD company is also faced with such problems as lack of talents,insufficient sales and insufficient system construction,etc.,but it has a good technical foundation and market share,so the company should start from its advantages in formulating development strategy and improve its management.
