Since 1995 the Since 1995,Mechanical and Electrical Products have ranked the first place in all export products, which has great impact not only on foreign trade, but also on our national economy and balance payments. The Mechanical and Electrical Products industry shows our nation's strength to some degree, meanwhile it pulls the increasing of the export. China owns rich labor resource, which was fully made use of to develop the simply-manufactured Mechanical and Electrical Products first. As the products owned an advantage gradually, some developed countries took measures to protect the relative industries. It's critical to use the advantage in labor or make the advantage dynamic transformation, considering the economy development and the life standard improvement. The experience of the developed countries indicated that we should transform the comparative advantage from the labor to the capital and technology.On the basis of analyzing the status, comparative advantage and the effective factors, the article set some parameters to analyze the human capital's effect on the Mechanical and Electrical Products' comparative advantage dynamic transformation.
