Since the reform and opening up,with the large transfer of agricultural labor force and the rapid development of rural secondary and tertiary industries,Part-time Farmer has become a common form of agricultural production and the main form of grain production. Therefore, under the new situation, under the background of guaranteeing national food security and realizing the two major objectives of agricultural modernization in the 13th Five-Year Plan,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the part-time process of Chinese peasant households. On the one hand, farmers' non-agricultural employment can broaden their horizons,on the other hand,it will also affect and change the traditional living conditions and lifestyles.A large number of peasant households'part-time will cause the part-time of peasant households. This trend will inevitably have an impact on the development of rural areas, agriculture and the whole social and economic development. This paper studies the impact of farmer part-time on grain output. It has practical significance to improve the technical efficiency of agricultural production, reduce the cost of agricultural inputs, improve grain output and effectively increase the income of farmers. The core question that this paper attempts to solve is the relationship between farmer part-time and agricultural output. What are the factors that affect agricultural output?Based on the comparative analysis of the classification, this study finds the level of agricultural output under different types of concurrent employment. On the basis of this, with the stata measurement software,an empirical measurement model between the two is constructed to analyze the agricultural output of the farmer.Impact and related factors on agricultural output.By analyzing the impact of farmers'concurrent employment on agricultural output,we strive to provide scientific policy recommendations for promoting agricultural scale operations and increasing farmers'income. The research ideas of this paper are as follows:Firstly, the concept definition and theoretical discussion are carried out;secondly, based on the field survey data of five counties(cities and districts)in Anhui Province, the basic characteristics of sample farmers and different types of part-time farmers are described, and the characteristics of different part-time farmers and agricultural inputs and outputs are described systematically, which verifies the characteristics of part-time farmers and agricultural inputs and outputs for the next chapter. The correlation of agricultural output lays the groundwork.Secondly,in order to further verify the correlation between farmer's part-time employment and agricultural output, using the field survey data, this paper constructs Cobb-Douglas production function with the help of Stata measurement software, and establishes an empirical measurement model between the two. This paper analyses the impact of part-time farming on agricultural output and the related factors on agricultural output. Finally,on the basis of the full text of the study, this paper summarizes the conclusions of this article, and puts forward some thoughts. The analysis shows that:in the survey area, farmers part-time is a common phenomenon, and the concurrent business rate is higher.Farmers' concurrent business behavior inhibits grain production to a certain extent.Because if farmers engage in part-time business, their expectations of grain output will be reduced due to the increase of other incomes.Without the drive of higher incomes,part-time farmers lack enthusiasm for new technologies and varieties of grain production. Therefore, their input and management may be relatively loose, thus affecting the output.Among them, gender, land, agricultural cost, agricultural technology promotion and cooperative strength have positive effects on grain yield, while social position, agricultural product price and whether agricultural direct subsidy have negative effects on grain yield.Family income of peasant households increases with the deepening of part-time employment. The degree of concurrent business has different influence on different types of farmers. For the part-time type I peasant households,it has a positive impact,a negative impact on the net land output value of the part-time type ? and ? peasant households, and a positive impact on the net labor output value of the part-time type ?and ? peasant households. It can be seen that the degree of concurrent business has a stronger impact on type ? and ? farmers. The influence of part-time degree on net labor output value is:part-time type ?>part-time type ?>part-time type ?.Among them, education level, social position, land, effective labor rate, agricultural cost, whether there is agricultural technology promotion, whether to participate in cooperatives, whether there is agricultural direct subsidy also have an impact on agricultural net output value.According to the conclusion, the corresponding suggestions are put forward:First,we should attach importance to the development of farmers' concurrent business;second,we should strengthen the extension of agricultural science and technology;third,we should strengthen basic education in rural areas;fourth,we should strengthen agricultural subsidies.
