Joining the World Trade Organization will undoubtedly provide an opportunity for the development of China's commercial banks,but also put forward a more severe test for the state-owned commercial banks.How to carry out human resource management of commercial banks is the development of each commercial bank should pay attention to the problem,which,strengthening the training of employees is undoubtedly an important way to improve the quality of talent.With the gradual maturity and increasing financial market,the problem of talent has become the focus of attention of enterprises,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research and analysis on the influencing factors and conversion mechanism of commercial staff training effect conversion.The paper analyzes the influencing factors such as the existing training needs analysis,the transfer of training effect,the influencing factors of training effect and the evaluation of training effect and the research situation,and clarifies the influencing factors of A commercial bank effect.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of A commercial bank staff training effect,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the training effect of A commercial bank staff.The specific content includes the emphasis on staff training,establish the concept of human capital investment;scientific staff training needs analysis;building a comprehensive staff training evaluation system;further enrich the staff training methods and so on.From the practical level,the study further optimizes the commercial bank staff training effect and provides reference for other banks.
