In the era of knowledge economy,The most fundamental competition among enterprises is the competition of talents.Therefore,the core resource of enterprises is human resources.If a company wants to absorb excellent talents,it should rely on a sound human resources recruitment system and excellent human resource management capabilities.Both of them are the core of human resources management and have profound significance and influence on the continuous development of enterprises.Over the years,as a prefecture-level subsidiary of China Post Group,A City Post Branch has achieved good results in the highly competitive market through innovation and development,and has occupied a place.But what comes along is that its human resources recruitment system still has many shortcomings,which is the weakness of the company's development process.From this point of view,clear selection criteria,improve the selection level,explore the key quality of employees to achieve excellence,and improve the effectiveness of talent recruitment in the postal branch of City A,has become a major issue that needs to be resolved urgently.This paper finds out the relevant academic research of human resources recruitment,and relies on relevant theories to optimize the staff recruitment system of A city postal branch according to the theory of competency matching and post competency model.Based on an in-depth study of the current status of the company's employee recruitment system,a series of problems existed in the recruitment system.In this regard,this paper constructs a post competency model that meets the actual situation of the A city postal branch,and optimizes the current recruitment system based on the competency model.Through the exploration of this article,in the human resources recruitment system,A city postal branch will have significant improvement and improvement,while promoting the transformation of human resource management to strategic human resource management.Through the combination of theory and practice,through the optimization of the recruitment system of A city postal branch,it can also provide some reference and reference significance for other related enterprises.
