Study On Risk Management Of Cold Chain Logistics Sales Of Fresh Aquatic Products

Aquatic products account for a large proportion in the diet structure of domestic people,and aquatic products play an important role in the diet of Chinese residents.However,due to the high water content and active enzymes in aquatic products,various links from the pond to the table are prone to deterioration,which not only affects the taste,but also tends to cause quality and safety problems.However,the cold-chain logistics technology comes into being to guarantee the quality of fishing products.Aquatic products in cold chain logistics system to complete the upstream breeding,processing and packaging,transportation process,due to the effect of transhipment of the risk accumulation connection,the process of risk factor will be passed on to downstream sales link,at the same time sales link itself has more invisible risk,sales links become stronger in the cold chain system risk link,so the sales link risk the possibility of formation damage and unexpected chances are much stronger than the other link.Therefore,an excellent cold chain aquatic product system can reduce or avoid the risk factors retained in the cold chain logistics that seriously endanger the smooth operation of the cold chain logistics system of fresh aquatic products,and ensure the status of fresh aquatic products as the main trend of aquatic product consumption.Based on the theories of cold chain management,cold chain risk management and supply chain risk management of fresh aquatic products,this paper firstly summarizes the basic connotation and logistics system of risk management of cold chain logistics and sales of fresh aquatic products in the form of references and online collection of relevant materials.Secondly,the risk assessment index of fresh aquatic products cold chain logistics is established by means of visiting and investigating.Then through the form of field investigation and questionnaire survey research and analysis of fresh fresh aquatic products cold chain logistics sales process of each key step process,determine the fresh aquatic products cold chain logistics sales link of the main risk factors.Through principal component analysis(pca)and grey correlation analysis method to determine the risk index system of the key risk factors,combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for risk degree classification and comprehensive analysis and induction,the result of the data in the sales link risk probability is the highest technical risk and environmental risks,risk is the risk at a higher level of risk is the service level,quality risk and information risk,overall risk the risk in a higher level.Finally,according to the results of comprehensive analysis,the countermeasures to reduce the risk of the sales link are given.The research conclusion provides a practical reference for the basic theory research and risk management of cold chain logistics of fresh aquatic products.Fig[9]Table[9]Reference[43]...
