Study Ofthe Rural Tourism Poverty Aleviation In Dongping County,Shandong Province

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China's precise poverty alleviation has been implemented for six years,and the fight against poverty has been fighting for three years.The number of poor people in China has decreased from 98.99 million in 2012 to 16.6 million in 2018,with an average annual poverty reduction of more than 13 million for six consecutive years.The number of construction card poor villages in Jianka has been reduced from 128,000 in 2013 to 26,000 at the end of 2018.On March 7,2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out during the deliberation of the Gansu delegation that “it is only two years away from the goal of completing poverty alleviation in 2020.It is the most energetic time that we must persist in doing a good job and not get it.Winning and never accepting troops.” It can be seen that the task of poverty alleviation is still arduous,and rural tourism poverty alleviation as a very effective way of precise poverty alleviation,which is different from the general input poverty alleviation method,is a "teach people to fish" poverty alleviation method,is a long-term effective method of precise poverty alleviation.As one of the 20 key poverty alleviation counties in Shandong Province,Dongping still faces many problems in the process of rural tourism poverty alleviation.It is urgent to take more effective measures to integrate the resources of various factors,and to drive the poor people to directly increase their income,get rid of poverty and become rich.The task of getting rid of poverty has been successfully completed,and the results of poverty alleviation have been consolidated.This paper comprehensively uses the literature analysis method,data analysis method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method,etc.to explain the following aspects of rural tourism poverty alleviation in Dongping County: Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of this study,including the background of poverty alleviation in rural tourism,the theoretical and practical significance of poverty alleviation in tourism.Secondly,it briefly describes the theoretical support of stakeholder theory,tourism multiplier theory,sustainable development theory and community participation theory,and expounds the definition of the related concepts of rural tourism poverty alleviation;using the field research visits to the rural tourism development of Dongping County The analysis of rural tourism poverty alleviation methods in Dongping County;the analysis of rural tourism poverty alleviation effects through data analysis and questionnaire survey,and the practical effects of rural tourism poverty alleviation in Dongping County based on economic effects,social cultural effects and ecological environment effects Conduct an analysis to explore possible or existing problems in the process of poverty alleviation in rural tourism in Dongping County.Finally,with the problem as the guide,the countermeasures for rural tourism poverty alleviation in Dongping County are pointed out.Through the above research,the following conclusions can be drawn: First,Dongping County has unique advantages in developing rural tourism poverty alleviation.It has superior geographical position,rich tourism resources,government policy support and market demand.Second,rural tourism poverty alleviation in Dongping County has the typical demonstration;the third is to put forward development countermeasures for the problems existing in rural tourism poverty alleviation in Dongping County,and provide experience for other poor areas to develop rural tourism poverty alleviation.After analyzing the effects and problems of rural tourism poverty alleviation in Dongping County,the following countermeasures were taken for the development of rural tourism poverty alleviation in Dongping County: First,integrating and optimizing the poverty alleviation fund channels,and jointly attacking the hardship;Second,creative marketing expands the tourism market and broadens the source of customers;Consolidate the poverty-stricken people's consensus on poverty alleviation and achieve employment;Fourth,the integration of rural tourism poverty alleviation industries and the formation of a chain.
