Research On The Problem Of Industrial Poverty Alleviation In Dongping County

China has a large population base and a weak economic development foundation.A considerable majority of the population is in poverty.In recent years,as "precise poverty alleviation" has been proposed and gradually gains popularity,the nation has launched a tough fight against poverty,and governments at all levels have also included poverty alleviation work.Among the key tasks,we will closely follow the progress of the project and perform their duties to ensure that various poverty alleviation policies are implemented.As an important means of targeted poverty alleviation,industrial poverty alleviation has always been placed in a prominent position.In the national "Thirteenth Five-Year" poverty alleviation plan,it is clearly stated that the development of industrial poverty alleviation should be based on the advantages of natural resources in poor areas,with farmers' professional cooperative organizations and leading enterprises as the main body,give full play to the role of market regulation,and carry out in-depth integrated development.Provincial and municipal governments and poverty alleviation departments at all levels have also conducted in-depth investigations on the situation of industrial poverty alleviation at the grassroots level.Many regions have initially formed characteristic and advantageous industries with unique characteristics,adapted to the local development situation,and with greater social influence.The development of typical experiences and industrial poverty alleviation path models with their own characteristics and adapted to local conditions has greatly promoted the industrial development of poor areas.There are 20 key counties for poverty alleviation in Shandong Province.Dongping County,as one of them,has a poor economic foundation,heavy poverty and weakness,and the task of poverty alleviation is arduous.Dongping County is a nationwide pilot project for the migration and relocation of residents in the Yellow River beach area.The population of relocation poverty alleviation is the largest in Shandong Province.The reasons for poverty in the county are complex,the original industrial foundation is weak,and the level of industrial development is relatively backward,which greatly restricts Victory in the fight against poverty.This article takes the research of industrial poverty alleviation in Dongping County as the topic,the introduction part summarizes the research background and significance,and summarizes the research results and current situation of domestic and foreign scholars.The main part of the thesis first summarizes the poverty situation in Dongping County and the status quo of industrial poverty alleviation,and sorts out the four industrial poverty alleviation models in Dongping County.Secondly,through questionnaires and other results,the problemsof industrial poverty alleviation in Dongping County are put forward and analyzed,including difficulties in fund integration,weak infrastructure,insufficient participation of poor households,lack of specialized talents,and low levels of industrialized operation.Then it analyzes four typical cases of industrial poverty alleviation in Dongping County and obtains experience enlightenment;finally,combining the problems and experience enlightenment,puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.It is hoped that through these countermeasures,we can have a deeper understanding of the new situation faced by local industrial poverty alleviation,explore new ways of industrial poverty alleviation,and provide theoretical and practical references for the next stage of industrial poverty alleviation in Dongping County and similar areas.,To help Dongping County to complete the task of poverty alleviation in 2020,to make an orderly connection for the subsequent rural revitalization,to achieve the goal of a comprehensively well-off society,to further consolidate the party's ruling foundation,and to contribute to the healthy and stable development of society.
