According to the needs of the enterprise's continuous improvement and development,the team as a special way is gradually applied to some enterprises to solve the problems efficiently and quickly,so the research on the team becomes the focus of scholars.Through the reading of a large number of documents,the study found that the heterogeneity of the team has been studied by many scholars,but mainly from the perspective of team heterogeneity-team performance/creativity and without reaching a consistent conclusion.As a result,scholars intend to further investigate the heterogeneity dimension and try to change the mediator variables to observe the changes in the impact of heterogeneity on team performance.However,no matter how they change,scholars are only concerned with the distribution of heterogeneous dimensions,There are few studies on the results of a team with different heterogeneity distribution structures under the same degree of heterogeneity,that is,whether there is any difference between the effects of different proportions of the internal structure on the team's results and the current study about the balance of team heterogeneity has its own limitations.And when management practitioners build a team,the heterogeneity of research to managers provide more suggestions from the team members of characterization,while heterogeneity of the balance is from the internal composition of the team members to provide management strategy,in this way,can promote a trust,open team atmosphere,so as to understand and complete the team task more smoothly.In view of the above reasons,this article attempts to analyze and explain the team reflection from a brand-new perspective-balance of team heterogeneity.Firstly,reductive and redefine dimensions and the method of measurement of the balance of team heterogeneity,team atmosphere and team reflection,according to predecessors'study about the relationship between the three,then put forward the hypotheses,and design questionnaire by referring the mature scale at home and abroad.In this study,by collecting 52 team data in different regions and different industries,the statistical analysis software SPSS22.0 was used to analyze the relationship among the balance of team sexual heterogeneity,the balance of team education level heterogeneity,team atmosphere and team reflection.This article concludes the following:1.The balance of team heterogeneity has a significant positive impact on team reflection2.The balance of team heterogeneity has a significant positive impact on team atmosphere3.Team atmosphere has a significant positive impact on team reflection4.Team atmosphere plays an intermediary role in the balance of team heterogeneity and team reflection...
