Research On The New Path Of Industrial Accurate Poverty Alleviation In Jiangxi Old Revolutionary Areas

The old revolutionary base area in Jiangxi is the cradle of Red China,but because of its special regional characteristics and historical reasons,the people in old areas have long been in poverty.The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to this and have long supported the old revolutionary bases in Jiangxi.The old district experienced relief assistance and development-based poverty alleviation,and today’s industries "precisely" help the poor.In the process of poverty alleviation,most people in the old districts have achieved poverty relief,but some are still in poverty or return to poverty.This article takes the Marxism poverty theory as a guide,empirically investigates and analyzes bottlenecks faced by "precise" poverty alleviation in old industries,analyzes the main reasons in depth,and then proposes new ideas for "precise"poverty alleviation in the old people’s participatory industries,so as to contribute to think a little about the permanent poverty alleviation in old areas.
