At present,China's overall logistics industry is becoming more and more mature.With the vigorous development of the automobile industry and the expanding proportion of automobile manufacturers' logistics outsourcing,the automobile logistics industry has also gradually grown,and the development prospects of third-party logistics enterprises are broad.At the same time,with the development of the Internet,new technologies and the implementation of the new policy of GB1589,China's automobile logistics industry is gradually transforming and upgrading and entering a new stage of development.Changchun JieYun Logistics Co.,Ltd.was established in 2002 as a third-party logistics company mainly providing logistics services for automobile OEMs.Under the fierce market competition and increasingly standardized industry development,the company's business development faces good opportunities.There are also many complicated problems and risks.This article takes Changchun JieYun Logistics Company as the research object,based on the strategic management theory,sorts out a large number of company surveys and data analysis,and develops a future development strategy for the company.This paper analyzes the current status of the automotive logistics industry,points out the current good development trend of China's automobile logistics and the gap between China's automobile logistics and automobile logistics in developed countries.Based on the status quo of the industry,the development of Changchun JieYun Logistics Co.,Ltd.is summarized.The company has experienced more than ten years of development,the company's management is becoming more formal,business operations are gradually stable,and the overall strength continues to grow.However,it also found that the company has problems in the development of the lack of basic equipment,single transportation structure,low logistics technology and informationization,low marketing ability and single way of development,brand awareness and lack of brand building.Analyzed the reasons for in-depth objective.Subsequently,this paper uses PEST analysis method to analyze the company's external environment in four aspects: political,legal,economic,social and technological environment.At the same time,the internal environment of the company is analyzed and organized.Then the paper uses the SWOT model,an important tool in strategic management,to summarize the external opportunities and threats faced by JieYun Logistics,internal advantages and disadvantages,and propose corresponding improvement and development strategies for different situations.On this basis,it puts forward the strategic choice suitable of strengthening the development of JieYun logistics company.Combined with the above comprehensive analysis,this paper has set a short-term strategic development goal for the company: to expand the market scale,to become a Chinese 5A-level logistics enterprise,and a long-term strategic goal: to become China's outstanding modern logistics service brand.According to this goal,it is explained that the future strategic focus of JieYun Logistics should focus on strengthening the company's market penetration,building a multimodal transport system and carrying out brand building to strengthen the company's overall strength and sustainable development.In order to guarantee and implement the company's strategy,this paper proposes a series of improvement measures from the organizational system,human resources and information technology to ensure the implementation of the company's strategy and the realization of strategic goals.
