And there is bias or prejudice from all sectors of social because of the migrant workers’ low education and lower speed quality improvement.There are some advise to speed up the process of the new generation migrant workers’ citizenization in Linzhou city. Firstly, advance economic development and steady employment. The government should encourage foreign investment to help the industries and develop the industrial park.And to develop the Red Tourism and the Modern Tourism can drive the relevant industry and create jobs too. Secondly, perfect the relevant social security system.For instance,the urban-rural endowment insurance synchronization, industrial insurance system equalization,medical insurance system rationalization.And to transform the functions, turn the government’s management function into social service function,improve the system of business and employment, and to do well in migrant worker’s children’education guarantee.Thirdly,the policy guidance.Make an overall planning to insure that the urban residents can accept the migrant workers rationally,quicken the building of public cultural services system.And It has to establish vocational training institutions to intensify vocational training for migrant workers in order to improve their employ ability and support them to start a business.Fourthly.enhance basic quality cultivation for the migrant workers,make them believe that they are really belong to the city where they are and contribute themselves to urban construction.
