Economic globalization and the development of the Internet have made enterprises face more and more challenges.For the sustainable development of enterprises,leaders must strengthen close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.Under such an era of advocating "ecological management and responsible management",how to strengthen the close cooperation between responsible leaders and employees and reduce employees' anti-production behavior has become an important issue.In this context,this paper aims to strengthen the close cooperation between responsible leaders and employees,reduce the anti-production behavior of employees as the research goal,and integrate relevant knowledge of management,psychology,statistics,etc.The impact mechanism has been further studied.Firstly,through the combing research on the literature related to employee anti-production behavior,the employee anti-production behavior is subdivided into organizational-oriented anti-production behavior and interpersonal-oriented anti-production behavior,and the construction of responsible leadership,employee responsibility perception,self-control point and Employee anti-production behavior is the theoretical model of research variables to further study the influence mechanism of responsible leadership on the anti-production behavior of employees under the mediating role of employee responsibility perception and self-control point.Secondly,according to the research needs,the research plan and questionnaire were designed,and the data was collected by questionnaire.Furthermore,with SPSS21.0 and Mplus statistical analysis software,descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis,project analysis,correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used to study responsible leadership and employee anti-production behavior and employee responsibility perception.The relationship between responsible leadership and employee anti-production behavior and the relationship between self-control point in employee responsibility perception and employee anti-production behavior.The conclusions are drawn as follows:(1)Responsible leadership negatively affects employees' anti-production behavior;(2)Responsible leadership positively affects employee responsibility perception;(3)Employee responsibility perception negatively affects employee anti-production behavior;(4)Employee responsibility perception plays a mediating role between responsible leadership and employee anti-production behavior;(5)Internal control points in self-control points play a positive role between employee responsibility perception and employee anti-production behavior;external control points are The adjustment between employee responsibility perception and employee anti-production behavior is not significant.Finally,based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:Regularly hold leadership-employee symposiums,convey business ideas and directions,continuously improve employee perception,reduce employee anti-production behavior;strengthen communication between leaders and employees,improve employee sense of belonging,and reduce Employee anti-production behavior;use a variety of selection tools to select talents with internal control points;improve the selection and training mechanism of responsible leaders,so that the theoretical norms can be translated into actual behavior.
