With the continuous strengthening of global economic integration,as the world’s second largest economy,China’s internal organizations should not only stand out in the increasingly fierce market competition,but also at the same time,in line with the changing trend of the internal environment of the organization.The change of the internal environment of the organization improves the diversity of the organization’s workplace,which makes more and more enterprise managers begin to pay attention to the management of the diverse labor force.In recent years,the proposal of “inclusive development” and “inclusive economic growth” has made inclusiveness an entry point for the study of diversity workforce management.With the gradual deepening of the research in the field of leadership behavior,it is emphasized that inclusive and people-oriented leadership has begun to become a research hotspot in the social circle.Through combing the literature of inclusive leadership research,it can be found that inclusive leadership behavior can have an impact on employee job satisfaction,organizational performance,employee innovation and other attitudes and behaviors,but at present most of them are theoretical derivation,empirical level of research is less,the relevant empirical research is less,And there is little research on the role of inclusive leadership in negative attitudes and behaviors of employees.However,negative behavior of employees,especially outside negative roles,can have a crucial impact on the organization.Studies have shown that employees ’ negative role outside behavior can seriously reduce employees ’ work performance.and employee deviant behavior is the typical representative of employee’s negative role outside behavior,from the empirical point of view,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the influence mechanism of inclusive leadership on employee deviant behavior.Based on the theory of social learning and social exchange,this paper explores the influence of inclusive leadership on employees ’ deviant behavior,introduces the mechanism of organizational support as an intermediary to explore the functions of the two,and at the same time selects interactive fairness as the adjustment variable,and uses the methods of theoretical analysis and empirical test to explore the influence relationship between the variables.Through the establishment of model test this study,through the analysis of the results of 321 employees questionnaire from 28 Enterprises,this study found that:(1)There is a negative impact relationship between inclusive leadership and employee deviant behavior;(2)The sense of organizational support plays an intermediary role between inclusive leadership and employee deviant behavior;(3)Interactive fairness plays a regulatory role between inclusive leadership and organizational support;(4)The moderating effect of interactive justice on mediating variables was not significant.
