In recent years,global competition has intensified,and enterprises in dynamic competition are facing the challenge of constant change.Organizations must constantly change and develop to adapt to the environment.From organization to staffing,there are huge challenges to face.These changes ultimately require employees in the organization to be highly adaptable.This adaptive behavior is the behavior of an individual's learning on one task can be effectively transferred to another task when the job requirements and conditions change.Adaptive performance refers to a wide range of adaptive behaviors,that is,behaviors that can be effectively transferred to one task when learning requirements change.The changes in the organization will be eventually reflected in the staff.,so the adaptive performance of employees in the organization is very important.In the study of the influencing factors of adaptive performance,the individual characteristic variables are mostly,including cognitive ability,demographic variables,psychological empowerment,personality traits,etc.,but the study on the relationship between achievement motivation and such a unique personality trait and adaptive performance is rare.Therefore,this paper selects the three objects of achievement motivation,leadership authorization and adaptive performance to try to study how they interact.Based on the existing research,this study refers to the mature scale,takes the employees of Internet companies as the research object,surveys more than 400 questionnaires,obtains first-hand data,and uses SPSS21.0 to verify the reliability of the collected data.Test,judge whether it is applicable;then,through correlation and regression analysis,judge the relationship between the variables and the intermediary utility.The results show that both achievement motivation and leadership empowerment have positive effects on adaptive performance and its sub-dimensions.In addition,achievement motivation plays an intermediary role in the relationship between leadership empowerment and adaptive performance.Based on the above research results,the author puts forward the management suggestion of how to improve the adaptive performance of employees from three aspects:personal development support,process control and broadening decision-sharing channels.It is hoped that it can provide reference for the development of Internet company employees.
