The issuance of the Guiding Opinions on Standardizing the Asset Management Business of Financial Institutions(hereinafter referred to as the New Regulations on Asset Management)further standardizes the financial management business of banks,breaks the rigid payment of bank financial management,stipulates that bank financial products shall not promise to guarantee principal and interest,and implement net-worth management,bringing great changes to the development and transformation of the asset management industry of bank financial services.Having a team of professional financial managers is the core competitiveness in this reform.This paper takes the training and management plan for financial managers of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Lanzhou Branch as the research object,analyzes the current situation of the training and management plan based on the theories related to training,designs questionnaires and interviews according to the current situation of the plan to deeply study the existing problems of the training plan for financial managers and the reasons behind it,and finds that there are unscientific demand analysis and poorly targeted training content in the training plan.Single training method and unreasonable time arrangement;Weak training teachers and insufficient management personnel;The process supervision is not in place,the assessment mechanism is not sound,the root cause of the leadership attention is not high,the lack of long-term goal of training,training system vacancy.Therefore,this paper adopts interview method and functional analysis method to analyze the training needs of financial managers,optimizes the training management plan for financial managers according to the training needs,and proposes to adjust the course content and hierarchical training for financial managers.Enrich training methods and arrange training time scientifically;Establish a lecturer team,optimize the training management organization;Strengthen process supervision,form closed loop assessment and other measures.Finally,on this basis,the optimization safeguard measures are proposed to ensure the optimization effect and achieve the intended purpose.The optimization of the training management plan proposed in this paper aims to better meet the work needs of the training plan for financial managers,enrich knowledge resources,give full play to the guiding function of the curriculum system,evaluate the training effect,and make the training plan a favorable guarantee for the professional improvement of financial managers.At the same time,the optimization strategy can help SPD Lanzhou Branch realize the transformation and development of retail business,cultivate corporate culture,and provide scientific basis for the training,selection and evaluation of financial managers,so as to improve the competitiveness of financial managers and realize the growth of operating benefits.
