With the continuous deepening of financial industry reform and development of financial technology,the competitive environment of commercial banks has become increasingly fierce.As an "image window" that directly provides banking products and services to personal customers,personal customer managers are the core of commercial banks’ combat effectiveness and competitiveness.This paper takes A Bank Pudong Branch as an example to study and optimize the training management of personal customer managers in commercial banks.First,a questionnaire survey to all personal customer managers in A Bank Pudong Branch was conducted to understand the current training status.Secondly,through several on-the-spot interviews with the management of A Bank Pudong Branch,leaders of training departments and customers,this study has understood their needs and expectations for the training of personal customer managers,and these can provide data and facts for further solving the existing problems of the actual work of personal customer managers.Then,based on the analysis above,meeting the needs of the organization,this study has designed a targeted personal customer manager competency model and a training optimization program including the whole processes of pre-event,in-event and post-event.At the same time,a series of supporting measures including system construction,cultural construction and training resources are proposed in the implementation of the optimized training management program.Hope this paper can help A Bank Pudong Branch to improve the quality and efficiency of personal customer manager training management to a certain extent.Thereby,this paper can also help maximize training resources and improve the overall ability and quality of the personal customer manager team,so as to continuously improve the value of human resources of the enterprise and be a strong support for the transformation and upgrading of A Bank Pudong Branch.
