By the end of 2006,the financial market gradually opened up,China's institutional constraints on foreign banks gradually relaxed,and foreign banks and local banks took the opportunity to rise.The banking regulatory bureau showed that as of 2017,there were 3,822 banks in China.Since 2005,microfinance companies have sprung up,and the flexibility,simplicity,and speed of financing have made them squeeze some of the bank's credit market.Since 2010,the popularity of smart phones,network financing,and convenient payment have developed rapidly.Alipay and other platforms have seized the bank's middle-end market with almost no effort.Under the fierce competition and the downturn of the real economy,the problems of the old banks have been erupting,the pressure on personnel is high,the income level is low,and the rise is difficult.As a result,the bank's staff turnover rate has accelerated.In 2017 alone,the four major banks lost 28,000 people,accounting for 1.98% of the total number of the four major banks.The loss of personnel in the remaining commercial banks is even more serious,and this proportion is only the tip of the iceberg.Through the research,it is found that the city Commercial Bank of Jilin has been established for more than 40 years,has formed a set of relatively perfect and relatively solidified personnel selection system.However,in recent years,the increasing competition in the market,the rapid development of Internet finance and the weakening of the real economy have led to more and more people leaving commercial banks to seek employment elsewhere.Although the loss of personnel is a very common phenomenon in enterprises,excessive loss of personnel will lead to the outbreak of unstable factors in enterprises,affect the enthusiasm and stability of employees,and affect the reputation and image of Enterprises More invisible consumption of human costs,serious and even fatal threat to the operation of enterprises.This paper takes the city Commercial Bank of Jilin as the research object and uses literature research method,interview method and experience summary method based on a large number of human resource theories.Through studying the enterprise management mode,management idea,employee's career planning,training mechanism,salary system,enterprise culture and so on,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the selection,employment and retention of personnel in enterprises.Develop a set of reasonable human resources planning scheme,the introduction of people-oriented management concept,to assist staff in the development of career planning,to strengthen staff non-post business training,improve the enterprise compensation management system,increase the competitiveness of external compensation,do a good job of corporate culture and a series of countermeasures.To provide a reference for the company to solve the problem of staff turnover.Finally,the conclusion summarizes the application of this article and puts forward the shortcomings.
