Since the reform and opening up policy,the material living standard of the residents in our country has been much improved,and their sense of happiness has been increasing.However,for the working people whose salary is not high enough,the phenomenon of job burnout has appeared among them,which brings the performance of emotional exhaustion,cynicism and low sense of achievement because of the pressure of work.Job burnout has bad influence which makes people lose confidence and feel frustrated.Job burnout not only affects personal physical and mental health,but also has a negative impact on the development of business management.Therefore,many enterprises and scholars have paid attention to studying the causes of job burnout and looking for solutions.As an important part of China’s economic system,the job burnout of bank employees should be highly concerned by financial institutions.Their pressures come from their work and personal needs like housing loans,car loans and other economic pressure etc.If a bank wants to scale up its size and become more influential,it is bound to require healthy and energetic staff who are able to devote themselves totally to their work.Therefore,this paper is of great practical significance to the study on job burnout of ZY branch employees.In this paper,we take ZY branch staff as the research object.We study their job burnout by looking through domestic and foreign resources,combing and summarizing the useful information.We also use the MBI job burnout measurement table to do a questionnaire survey.What’s more,we interviewed our staff to analyze the root of their job burnout.According to the results of the study,the employees of ZY branch have a moderate degree of job burnout.The data collected by the questionnaire showed that there were various factors which have influenced our staff and made them feel tired of their jobs,such as gender,marital status,age,education level,entry years and work rank among employees.What has caused the job burnout in ZY branch was very complicated.It has personal reasons and external factors.Based on the questionnaire and interview,we have understood our staff more and tried to solve their problems.Our measures are mainly carried out from three aspects:the staff,the bank and their family.Firstly,to make our staff less stressed out,we have tried to encourage them to become more cognitive,have more interests and hobbies and learn to keep a balance between work and relax.Secondly,in order to integrate them with each other,we have more activities after work.ZY branches have also improved our evaluation system and tried to increase the salary of low-income employees.We have managed to open more career promotion channels and established career planning for them.We are listening to our employees more to make them feel free to talk about their suggestions and have stronger sense of ownership.Other measures like carrying out heart-to-heart conversations and caring for employees’ personal demands have had positive effects so far.Our union plays a big role in enhancing mutual trust and understanding.To improve the capability of our staff,we have provided our staff with training and encouraged them to learn by themselves in their spare time.Finally,it is necessary for our staff to realize the importance of their family so that they can maintain the balance of work and family.In this way,they will have more consideration and support from their family members.
