Tourism is a strategic pillar industry of the national economy in China.With the pace of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the people's living standard has been continuously improved,and the demand for spiritual and cultural enjoyment has further expanded.The tourism industry has clearly become the best choice for public entertainment.At the same time,the pursuits of personalized,innovative and enriched tourism projects and methods have become a new trend of current tourism.Since the cultural connotation increasing in tourism,it remands us to rely on the cultural construction of tourism corporate to reflect the value of culture.Meanwhile,the study on the cultural construction of tourism corporate is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of tourism.This article considers Lijiang Jade Water Village Eco-Cultural Tourism Group Co.,Ltd.as the research object.In the paper uses the research methods linking up theory with practice.Comprehensive depth interview,questionnaire survey and secondary data are used as the main research methods to analyze the development strategy and management status of Jade Water Village cultural tourism group.The study found that the cultural construction of corporate at present in Jade Water Village cultural tourism group lacks master plan,implement plan,effective publicity means,integrated cultural and institutional processes,guidance of employees,and impeccable target control and assessment system.Aiming at those matters,further research on the corporate leadership,CIS strategy,environmental management and other factors are considered to fundamentally clarify the root causes of the problem.Finally,combined with the requirements of the cultural construction of corporate in Jade Water Village cultural tourism group,pointed out the strategy as follows:formulate the master plan and implement plan to enrich the means of communication tools,construct a cultural system that interacts with the institutional process,strengthen the people oriented management,and build the goal control and assessment system for cultural construction.Above all,this article is contributed with the purpose of improving the comprehensive competitiveness for Jade Water Village cultural tourism group,and achieving stead development.
